Because of the low and slow meat cooking process, lunch offer is reduced. Dinner : all the meats (brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs, pulled pork, bone marrow, sausages)/ Lunch : nachos, "lunch special", smoked meat burgers.

The restaurant can't handle groups. Our team can host parties of 6 people maximum in the evenings, and 10 people maximum at lunch. Kind regards
