In the USA, when we talk about BBQ, we think of "Low and Slow" cooking.

We cook meat at low temperature for long hours (from 4 to 20 hours in a smoker (pit). Handcrafted by J&R, a family business established in Dallas in 1974.
Our 2-ton smoker runs with oak wood only.
