Smoked Salt
Condiment made from sea salt smoked for 10 hours in oak tree smoke. A "meaty smoke kick" to every preparation. Ideal on a grilled meat, or any dish, as simple as an egg (any style) or a slice of butter.
Holy Lager
Our lager, brewed by the local brewery Enstoemelings (now part of Bières des Quartiers). A light corn lager, with a bitter touch.
Buffalo Sauce
Our version of the famous sauce for buffalo wings. Delicious on chicken and pork. Also, a very addictive vinegar twist to your favorite dish.
Smoked peanuts
Salted peanuts smoked for
7 hours in our smoker, with only oak tree smoke.
